I tried to speak to the Rocksprings Cemetery today and was referred to a lady who knew quite a bit about the cemetery. However she did not know who placed the Confederate marker on James L. Lockley's grave.

She did mention however of a man who might know. His name is James Lockley and the lady thought perhaps it was James L. Lockley's grandson but she was not sure. She gave me his phone number but I hesitate putting his personal phone number online. He lives in the San Antonia, Texas area and has an area code of 210. You probably know who he is as it sounds like he may be one of your uncles.
