No, I have not seen such lists. In trial testimony there is reference to all the defendants (at Irish Shanty) having taken the oath. There is also a reference to Dr. H. Marable of Waverly having signed the oath at Columbus, Ky after appearing before a military commission there. There of course is a signed form (actually two different forms, 1862 and 1863) where Aaron James signed the oath. Your best bet is 1) to check with the folks at Ft Donelson (there is a research center there that should be of some help); and 2) get in contact with Tennessee Archives (they will know where to find such lists where they exist).
