Mr. Brooke,

Do not rule out anything. My time of service was from July 1984- Jan 2013. I have seen and participated in things that defy all military logic from the tactical to the strategic level. I retired, in part, because I refused to be a part of a failed national security and military strategy that I told them would fail when this administration was all twitterpated about the "Arab Spring" and peace, love, and happiness was allegedly breakout. I was right and they were wrong and more lives will be lost.
