Hi, Mark. When your book comes out, please let me know so I can get a copy. If you run across anything concerning the Boring brothers, I'd surely like to hear it. I have their service records, which are pretty sketchy, especially for my GGF, who died so early in the war. I have my uncles' pension applications as well. Uncle Frank's is interesting in its detail about his wound, and the rheumatism he described. Each year the details were shorter and shorter, until, in 1924, his widow said, "He went to the war and it killed him." That pretty well covered it, though he did live for 30 years arter the war ended. Stan
