looks like he is wearing a veterans hat insignia? and Enfield cartridge box
note* the photo following that of Lemon and Lord; is of a member of the 19th Georgia(wearing uniform probably issued at Camp McDonald
in June/July 1861; which would have been also issued to the 18th(previously known as 1st Reg't Inf.)
