I read with interest Mr. Foenander's imput on A.J. Kennedy.
In response, if Mr. Foenander would provide me with the documents and proof he speaks of, and if it bears him out, I would be very grateful and take what ever steps are required to rectify any mistake that may have been made. Mr. Foenander has been asked to do so in the past, but has always refused to provide the documentation he always speaks of. Why would one refuse to provide such documentation to correct a mistake if one was made?
In response to the "Farmer" incident, Mr. Foenander accused me of forgery and worse, even after I contacted the Director of the Georgia State Archives, who then personally sent me a letter apologizing for the "forgery" made by a member his own staff; which was sent to me. Mistakes are made and only through the cooperation of researchers can mistakes be avoided and/or corrected; but reliable documentation must be provided for a mistake to be corrected.

Mr. Foenander has also made mistakes and has also used information without permission. He was personally contacted by a lady from Georgia, via email, which I have a copy of, who claimed he had used information from her website without her permission. But I do not believe in attempting to smear someones name; it is better to work together to correct mistakes, not to continue rehashing what could have been avoided with cooperation.
