Good work Bruce: Found the book you referenced on Googlebooks.com online copy from the original 1866 publication, New York Public Library (1923)Page 6 starts with John Gatewood. From an ebay listing for a reprint copy, the seller mentioned that this book so upset the citizens of Bradley Co. after the war that there was an attempt to ban the book through the Tennessee state legislature, it was taken out of circulation and copies burned at the county seat.
