Thanks again Bruce.. I wonder when he commented that they knew him to be a "officer by his dress" if they were referring to a embroidered guerrilla shirt or by his wearing of a union officers coat..? If one looks at the comments made about Anderson when he was killed they knew he was a "officer" by his dress also.. At that time Anderson was wearing a heavily embroidered guerrilla shirt.. Just curious..
