Margret, I find Ancestry good for some things and Footnotes good for other things. I use them both and have good results with both. We haven't posted any information on this yet, but my family is thinking of planning a "reunion" of decendants of members of the Consolidated Crescent Regiment possibly in the fall. Maybe you would be interested in joining us for this?
