1938; the great hoax?

Old film clips of the 75th Gettysburg reunion can still be saw. I found a list from Georgia of the 63 Confederates who were invited to attend. Like everyone else I just assumed they were at the Battle of Gettysburg and I was only curious as to their who had been at Gettysburg.

After looking at half of these names from Georgia it is of my opinion the Pennsylvania Gettysburg Commission were just looking for warm bodies to attend the 75th reunion. And if only 10% of the soldiers from Georgia were at the 75th reunion who had been at the Battle of Gettysburg, what about the other states? I ask myself some questions and then tried to answer them.
