I'm so impressed with your grasp of military history!
But, seriously, what flag did Hitler or Napoleon capture at
Island #10?? This is not a report to an auction house; you do
not have to pad it.
When speaking of campaigns; yes near-by events do count and
do effect near-by events.
However, when speaking of specific events which occur in the space
of a few yards....what happened 30 miles away is irrelevant.
I'm still looking for a connection between the flag at the auction house
and the one bragged about 150 years ago.
Did I ever tell you about the fish I caught 10 years ago?
