This message is for Tom Martin, All the items I handle are 100% correct. I have owned and handled at least 10 confederate flags in the last 35 years. The 1st national flag is 100% original in every way.The late Howie Madaus viewed this flag in the 1980s and verified all of the above. Greg Biggs has viewed the flag and had no issues with it I feel Greg and Howie Madaus both probably forgot more than 99% of most people like you know about Confederate flags. I have a copy of his letter if you should you wish to see it. My question to you is what qualifys you to make the statements you have made? The flag was in 1 small Florida auction a year ago and poorly advertised. Not on the auction circut as you implied. The flag is currently going to another auction and I hope your careless statements have not tainted the sale of this flag. Richard J. Ferry
