Re: Charles Bolivar (C.B.) Humphries of White Coun

Thanks for the responses, Linda. My mother was an Humphries from White County and we are researching the Humphries family. All ancestors have been identified as well what they did, etc., but Charles Bolivar's stops on his enlistment date. I am an adopted Moye, so there is no real relation there to be found. I have read Major Price's book and found it informative, but, ie does not reveal the fate of my Great Great Grandfather, Charles Bolivar Humphries. I didn't know about this site until I posted a query on the Arkansas Civil War Facebook page and was guided here. One of my uncles had a genealogist research the family several years ago and he actually included the first Charles Humphries he came across in the tree and it turned out to be the WRONG one? There was another Charles in a different Arkansas Confederate unit, if I remember correctly, he ended up as missing and later was living at home.
