I agree...based on the details provided by several to my post, I agree it does not seem plausible that he was a POW on Ship island a second time, even though some men apparently were. I had never heard through family details that he was there a second time so my confusion was over the possibility when I saw the reference to him going to Blakely. I now agree it is not likely; more likely he was at Spanish Fort.
