The Bosworth diary excerpt was found in the files of the Gettysburg National Military Park, but perhaps only covered the Gettysburg campaign - I don't know where the rest of the diary resides. The Hall diary was published and is not uncommonly found in libraries (The Diary of a Confederate Soldier, James E. Hall, ed. by Ruth Woods Dayton (copyright 1961, Mrs. Elizabeth Terr Phillips)). I think the Snider diary came from the Library of Congress but it may also reside in the manuscript collection of the University of Virginia, both cases on microfilm. Good luck.
