Hollywood Cemetery
The original hand written register they have secure in a fire proof safe at the cemetery office.....
It was copied, compiled and published in 1869 and you can download a scanned copy of it here

Another updated publication on Hollywood with additions and corrections to the original rosters is:
"Southerners at Rest" by Chris Ferguson

Oakwood Cemetery confederate burial register is held by the City of Richmond. Last time I saw it was years ago, and was difficult to track down, and equally difficult to get to see it.... it had some fragile issues but mostly intact... not sure where it might be physically located today. It has never been compiled and published to my knowledge... Any time an inquiry placed about it... typically only get a vacuum response.... City of Richmond holds the key to the gate.. but basically could care less about the place...
