Monticello Gray's was Joseph Porters bunch from Lewis County later became Co K 1st Cav Regt MSG serving at Lexington and Pea Ridge. Don't ask why I had that tidbit squirreled away. My note says it came from Mudd with Porter.

FG Burnett's service found on Fold 3 indicates he was transferred into 11th MO Infantry or Hunter's Battalion August 1862 as a member of one of the 7 companies of Missouri Independent Cavalry that was the nidus of the formation of the battalion.

I find nothing to date on Richard Burnett yet nor have I found Samuel who was reportedly killed.
