ROSTER, CO. A, 5th MISSOURI INFANTRY REGIMENT (Confederate)
GREENWOOD, William Private Johnson County farmer, born Lafayette County, Mo. Enlisted 12/2/61 at Warrensburg, age 16. Fought at at Vicksburg (May 18 – July 4, 1863) Captured 4 July 1863 Warren Co., MS. Paroled. Went home and joined Quantrill, along with brother Edward.

I have no idea who James T. was, but he was in the same unit, it appears. Still trying to find out.
George probably died in the war. Still looking. I have someone checking Howard Co. cemetery books for William.
