I just noticed this notation in the stuff from Ila Watts: "From the EVENING TRIBUNE, Lawrence, Kansas, March 05, 1887 edition, a list of claims made against the well known Quantrill Raid of Lawrence, Kansas in 1863 included the name of P. Randall making a claim for $613.00."

Do you think this could be Peter Randall making a claim for the deaths of his brothers John and Terry?
