164th New York Flag Returned - 1883

From The Atlanta Constitution, Thursday Morning, July 5, 1883, front page

In New York on July 4, the cadets of VMI return the 164th New York Regiment's flag to 25 of that regiment's veterans. Colonel C. E. Portlock receives the flag.

I don't see that flag on the list of flags at the New York Military Museum. Anyone know where it might be? Their website does have this note for further reading -- McAnally, John. "How the 164th New York lost its colors." Blue and Gray IV (1894) 18-19.
