Confederate Command Uniforms

Was looking through the MoC Catalogue of Uniforms. I noted, at least from the pictures, that there were no shell type or sack type jackets from officers, Major and above pictured. Those uniforms pictured for Majors and above were frock coats and such. Did see a 'fatique' coat worn by Simon Bolivar Buckner.

Did officers on the Confederate side, primarily in the ANV, Major and above wear shell or sack coat type jackets, primarily related to being on campaign? Would seem to me that July in Pennsylvania it would be more comfortable in a shell or sack coat type jacket in the heat and humidity. Perhaps even a light civilian coat.

Thanks for any responses
