Anthony, Yes I do believe that the confederate casualties in this skirmish were highly inflated. One clue leading to the numbers being inflated is just throwing out the number as a combination killed and wounded ("65 killed and wounded"). It looks like an inflated guess, that would be hard to discredit. But in this case I'm just the hard working messenger reporting what he found.
