“We have a contingent of fiscally conservative Legislators that have voted no to any and all appropriation increases. The key word here is increase. We are not shutting down any State Agency and will continue to monitor all appropriations as they become known to us. We are trying to get our financial affairs in order and keep government spending from growing. These bills will come up again and hopefully with no increases. I want to add that all appropriations that were zero increases got passed. We will get this resolved before we adjourn sine die and I’ll keep you posted on this particular bill.
