I got two responses.
One said if I had not included a phone number(I had included an address)that further messages
would be blocked. I had no way of knowing that prior to sending. I felt that was a sure way to bounce
incoming messages.
The other was a basically polite and a standard reply note.
As far as stating anything in a more formal traditional way, I believed it was good for one thing, being trashed.
In my opinion, the old saying about it being 'the squeaky wheel that gets oiled' is so true.
