46th Virginia Infantry Regiment at Yorktown

I am researching the Siege of Yorktown in April 1862.

At the National Archives, I found Special Order 713, Headquarters Department of the Peninsula, dated April 4, 1862. Paragraph IX in the order states, "General Rains [commanding forces at Yorktown] will send the forty sixth (46) Virginia Regiment at once to Wynne’s Mill to report to Colonel John A. Winston [commanding forces at Wynne's Mill]".

When I research other references (including the History of the 46th), I find no mention of the 46th Virginia being stationed along the Warwick River line or at Wynne's Mill. The references only mention being at Gloucester Point in April 1862. Can someone provide me a reference that provides more information about the 46th Virginia being on the Warwick River line or at Wynne's Mill? Also. . . Who was the commander of the Regiment on April 5, when they should have reported to Wynne's Mill? The Supplement to the OR mentions a Colonel Duke and Colonel Harrison but does not provide dates they commanded.
