Re: 46th Virginia Infantry Regiment at Yorktown

I'm researching a now defunct village in York County, Va that was known as Bigler's Mill. It was situated on the York River about 4 or 5 miles east-northeast of Williamsburg. Several post-war accounts state that the mills were burned by a Confederate "Colonel Duke" and his men on May 4 or May 5 1862 as they were withdrawing from the village at the time of the battle of Williamsburg. Bigler's Mill also served as a Confederate field hospital.

I assume this is Col. Richard Thomas Walker Duke of the 46th Va Inf. Could portions of his command have been at Bigler's during this timeframe? Thanks.
