Look at the wiki article where you got your info. Its loaded with references about the subject- but it is always the PC side of history and hardly ever the meat. No debating views or argument. They made it sound as if the Congress of 1787 was fully agreeable to eliminating itself and its own laws. Just a another day of creating the U.S. Constitution and illiminating the worthless Articles of Confederation (that was wasn't real anyway- they were just kidding).
