I am always glad to see the Iron Cross pointing out a soldier's grave. Otherwise, if I suspect from the person's date span that he might have served, I have to do a lot of research to prove he was a soldier and who he served with. Nearby graves of family members and census forms help **sometimes** to prove the man in the grave to be the CSA soldier I think he is.
