I have received the complete service file of my ancestor A.W. Malone, however, I don't have any idea what I am looking at. It appears as 14 sheets of paper about 3x8 inches each and says Company Muster Roll. It looks like it says he enlisted in N. Orleans? Is that New Orleans, and if so, nothing else I have on him says anything about New Orleans. I think one of the sheets says he re-enlisted. There is also something about clothing for %52.50 and also Commutation of Rations.

Any assistance in understanding these sheets would be appreciated.
