The list was carded by the War Dept. and, as such, cards were included in the CSR's of Clarkson's men who appear on the list. No, the list is not in David's book. I will include a complete NARA citation. Email me your address again as this list is on 8 1/2 x 14 paper and I will have to snail mail the copy to you.
