Thanks for sending this. I had an office copy of the book years ago when I was with the NPS and did not see another until last year at a local flea market. I thumbed through it, shook my head and put it back. We have definately come a long way since then. You are the expert on the Quantrill flag so I really have nothing to offer one way or another.
