According to the OR report of their brigade commander Henry Heth, the 22nd Virginia Battalion lost their battle flag at Chancellorsville. I believe this was an ANV Second Bunting flag. This should have been replaced with a Third Bunting flags with honors through "Chancellorsville" as the battalion was part of AP Hill's Division even though two brigades were split off to form Heth's Division.

Does anyone have any idea of what Union regiment took this flag there?

Any help is appreciated and sadly, no flags from this unit have been located today.
