No, I do not find the others.

Are we sure that the Footnote/Fold3 records were taken from the microfilm rolls, or rather, the individual actual cards? If the latter, I can understand how these some of these records are missing. It baffles me that individual records could be overlooked, unless the guy spinning the wheel was bored and dozing!

Just how readable are the “missing” records you found on the microfilm? From my experience, many microfilm cards when printed, could not be read. In those cases, I had the clerks pull the actual record for me to copy.
