There is only one resolution to this problem. Get the "eye witness" to reveal the location of this hidden or"forgotten" room and notify the people in authority in Illinois. I know of many such persons in Illinois who would be overjoyed to find a "large Cache" of "forgotten" and "neglected" flags
Mr. Lowe has heard a rumour at a relic show and repeats it here. He has given nothing tangible in the way of evidence,
just something he heard!! He posts an inventory of the flags held by the State of Illinois, but gives no source for that information! If Illinois does not admit having these flags;
where did he get such a list??!!
