The list, itself, is *not* at that site. *I* compiled the list from the disjointed information given on the poorly executed and indexed site. Each of these flags is stated on those pages to be held by the State of Illinois. I simply put the information into list format. It did take me quite some time to go through the whole thing hunting for this information, which one would think to be the most important piece of information about a Civil War flag! Use the search feature, or browse, and I promise that you will find each of these flags on that website.
