I know of more than 50 of the Capp's line who
served in the WBTS; only two of those were in
the 45th Ala; a number were from my area here
in SE Ala; those in the 45th:

Daniel Webster, b. Sep 20, 1846 in Lee County;
enlisted at Dalton, Ga in Feb 1864 as a pvt
in Co B; stated in the 1907 Lee Census:
"continued until the end", but does not show
on the the list of those paroled May 1865 in
NC.

J.D.W., Co D, clothing issue Apr 13, 1864;
in hospital May 27, 1864 with gun shot wound
through left hand.
