And, you'll note in that same source that Company B of the 19th remained the same Company B as it always was (same men as from the beginning...at least those who remained). Confusing, isn't it.

The 37th is paroled separately.

Also checked for the 46th. No separate record of them being paroled in N.C.

Could Company B of the 40th equal Company H of the 19th? Maybe consolidated with some other companies of the 40th? After "unconsolidating" with the 37th? I don't know. It would take some roster cross checking to figure all this out.
