I do not find Hancocks listed in the roster of the 35th Texas Cavalry
However, I do find a Benjamin Hancock, age 44, who enlisted as a Private Company B, 13 Texas Cavalry February 22, 1862 at Crockett, Texas, discharged by reason of age May 24, 1862.
