Pat, in all probability this is John T. Fisher, formerly an acting commissary officer ("ACS"--did you read this as chief of staff?) in Arkansas. Appointed from KY (and presumably born there), he was post commissary in Dallas 8-15-64 and 2-20-65, among other times. The "driving beeves" mention indicates he's acting as commissary of subsistence. Bruce
