I would go with the CS First National. The eastern theater battle flag was not used out in the west other than when units of the Army of Northern Virginia operated out here (mainly when Longstreet's corps came west for Chickamauga) so this is not a flag that I would use for the 10th Tennessee Cavalry as they never used that pattern.
