Rebecca,
This is actually the flag of the 3rd Tenn. Cavalry Battalion. As late as 1912 it was housed at
the Penn. Hist. Soc. at Germantown. It's present location is unknown.
The flag's reverse side bore the inscription "Third Battalion Tennessee Cavalry"
