I have also looked into the history related to Capt. A.J. Farmer on behalf of my wife's family (Simmons). It is my wife's family which placed the marker for Capt. Farmer in Louin, MS. Capt. Farmer is not buried there. As far as we can tell his grave site in GA has not been identified.
