Re: James Jasper Womack (J.J. Wammack)

The J J Wammack in the 18th enlisted at McMinnville on Nov. 15, 1862. He was wounded in the arm at Murfreesboro, Jan. 2, 1863, and sent home. From the remaining cards in his file it appears that he may not have returned, as no later card shows him present. Also, I think I may have placed Capt. Womack with the wrong wife and family. He was apparently married to Tennie G. Amonett.
