Mr. Purvis, I found in the Military Records for Reuben T. Hall, that he enlisted in 1862 in Panola, Ms.in the 4th Ms. Infantry, Company A. when he was 35 years old. The papers stated that he was captured at Spring Port, in 1862. He was released later and in Augut of 1863, he joined the 18th Ms. Cavalry. This is the Reuben T. Hall that you sent the picture of his monument. He died in 1905.
I have tried to locate the battles that the 4th Ms. participated in, but do not find them. Can you tell me where I can locate them?

Thank you so very much. Annelle
