This is not my Reuben T. Hall, He lived in Marshall county, Ms. and all of his brothers were in the Confederate War as well. This is not my Reuben T. Hall. I would like to see if my Reuben was in the "Old" Ms.9th. Infantry, because there was a Company B that was raised in Marshall County, Ms. It just seems to me that he would have served in another unit before enlisting in the 18th Ms. Cavalry in 1863. His brother, Columbus Kelso Hall, was also in te 18th Ms. Cavalry and another one of his brothers was Laban Hall, in the 7th Ms. Cavalry. None of these men deserted.

Thanks so very much for all of your help. You all are great. Annelle
