Dear George, The web site is the one you sent my. It has Samuel's pic. But the info I have is from a book that one of my cousins put together back in 1975. His name is Leonard Slade Sr. who lives in Purvis, MS. That is what and where I got the info I shared in my last post. The name of our family book, which if we did one now we could add soooo much more, is "Samuel Slade of Cheraw District, S.C. And Descendants" Gateway Press, Inc. Baltimore 1975.
