Thanks, Mike. We have made contact with the SCV and Mr. Hal Fleming has graciously agreed to assist us. Currently the JB administrator is on some sort of leave and has turned the matter over to a subordinate. We have yet to hear from her, but will send another request next week. We are perfectly OK with paying for a plaque to be attached to the "historical" stone. We just have to obtain a hearing to get approval to do it.
