thank you...it's hard to imagine a wagon train of that size moving in that fashion even using today's roads. That's what I'm finding so interesting... to know exactly where they passed.From what I gather, I'm presuming that from Grand Ecore they went to Los Adeas,Double Bridges, North of Shamrock,(avoiding the La. 6 Southern loop of today) then, Basically following La. 120 to Marthaville, Cumps Hill / Corner, Boline Raoad to Pleasant Hill...all on a pre- existing road that then ran slightly North of La 6, and sometimes intertwining with LA 120 today.
