I live in White County Arkansas, The voting area I live in is called Hartsell, named after him, I had the privilege of being elected Constable in that area in 2000, the same area that he served as Constable in after the war, He is buried in Philadelphia cemetery on Highway 124, when I graduated in 1969, my family and I lived in the house that he built, the original log cabin had rooms added on, planks on the outside of everything and, a tin roof.
