Just an FYI...looks like the VA has changed up their order form for markers... They are going to make it almost impossible to mark CSA graves unless you can find a decendent or next of kin. We have about 20 Memorial marked but now if they are in a grave in a POW camp, and listed on a register but no marker, they consider them marked.
